Dear Parents/Caregivers,

Kowhai Syndicate has an exciting trip planned to Aotea Lagoon for an end of year celebration.  We will have lots of fun on the splash pad, the train and playground.

Our visit will be Tuesday 15 December.  We will be leaving school by bus at 11am and returning to school by 2.45pm.  The cost of the trip is $10.00.  

The children will take their school bags on the trip - please include their lunch, a drink, a jersey and a jacket in case the weather is not good.  They will need their togs, a towel, hat, rash shirt and lots of sunblock.  If your child has any special medical requirements, please note these on the form below and discuss with the class teacher before the trip.

As we are around water we will need lots of parent helpers supervising groups.  Please note down on the permission slip below if you are able to assist with your child’s class and the teacher will get in touch with you to confirm if you are needed. Please note that we are unable to accommodate preschoolers on this trip.  There is not room on the buses for parent helpers, however, we may be able to arrange car pools if needed.
 
We are all really looking forward to visiting one of Porirua’s most special places!  If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact your child's teacher.
