Can you help make fudge, toffee, coconut ice or any other treat for our sweet stall?
Pop into the office if you would like small bags for your sweets, then bring them in on Friday 16th November.

Here's some examples:
2 cups sugar, ½ cup milk, 2T cocoa, 2 T butter.
Mix all together and bring to the boil. Boil gently for 10min. Take off heat, add 1 t of vanilla essence and beat until thick. Pour into a dish and cut into squares.
3 cups sugar, ¾ cup coconut, ½ cup milk, 25g butter, ¼ t salt, red food colouring
Boil all ingredients for 10min. Add colouring and beat until thick. Pour into dish, cut into squares when set.
Microwave Russian Fudge
In a large crockery bowl, stir together and bring to the boil for approx... 2 min on high
3 cups sugar, ½ cup milk, Add ½ tin condensed milk, 125g butter, ¼ t salt, 1 T golden syrup
Cook on high for 10-12 min. Fudge should be golden brown. Allow to cool. Add 1 t vanilla essence and beat for 2 min until thick. Pour into dish and cut into squares when set. (This doesn’t work with ‘ lite’ condensed milk).
